Welcome to Strength Through Christ Fitness

At Strength Through Christ Fitness, we believe that real transformation goes beyond physical change — it begins in the heart. Our mission is to help men become stronger not just in body, but in spirit, mind, and character. We’re not just building muscle — we’re building men of faith, discipline, and purpose.

Our Mission

To empower men to achieve lasting physical fitness and spiritual growth through Christ-centered training, biblical principles, and daily discipline.

Who We Are

Founded by Christian trainer and transformation coach Chris Abston, Strength Through Christ Fitness was created to give men the tools to grow physically while walking boldly in faith. As a husband, father, and man of God, Chris knows the real battles we face — from temptation to self-doubt, laziness to pride — and how important it is to anchor strength in something greater.

That’s why every workout, meal plan, and devotional in our program is rooted in the Word of God. We’re here to lead a movement where men honor their temple, renew their minds, and put God first in everything — even in the gym.
